there's no such thing as one-size-fits-all nutrition but this blog adheres to my own dietary restrictions for the most part: no soy, no gluten, no grains, low carb, very clean :)
i'm primal/paleo(ish) by accident but i love the way i eat! i also love intermittent fasting and even water fasting from time to time.
